Functionality

The treated water from the fresh water tank is fed back to the production machines via a pressure booster system. Control is implemented via a pressure sensor. The pump switches on and off automatically, depending on the water demand of the connected production machines. The on and off switch pressure setting is variable.

Options

Pressure booster systems can be controlled via a frequency convertor and PLC. This causes a constant water pressure with varying intake volumes. The pump consumes less power and the wear is approx. 30-40% lower.
